VIOFO HK6 Hardwire Kit — Unlock Full Parking Mode for A329S Series

The HK6 is the essential companion accessory for any VIOFO A329S, A329T, or A329WW dash camera. It connects your camera directly to the vehicle's fuse box for constant 12–24V power — enabling parking surveillance when the engine is off. More importantly, the HK6 is required to unlock the A329S series' most advanced features: Hybrid Parking Mode, Cut-off Voltage protection, and real-time Bluetooth battery voltage monitoring.

Hybrid Parking Mode — Only with HK6

The A329S series introduced Hybrid Parking Mode, which starts with traditional recording (time-lapse or low-bitrate) and automatically transitions to ultra-low-power impact detection when the battery reaches a set voltage. This mode requires the HK6 — the older HK4 does not support voltage-based switching. With the HK6, your parking surveillance runs for days, not hours, while intelligently protecting your car battery.

Bluetooth Battery Voltage Display

The HK6 features always-on Bluetooth that continuously broadcasts your vehicle's battery voltage. The A329S automatically detects the HK6 signal and displays real-time voltage on the video overlay. This lets you monitor your battery health at a glance and verify that parking mode is not draining your battery excessively — peace of mind that no other hardwire kit provides.

Dual Protection: Software + Hardware Failsafe

The HK6 provides two layers of battery protection: (1) Software Cut-off Voltage — configurable in the VIOFO app, the camera shuts down when battery voltage drops below your set threshold; (2) Physical Slide Switch — a hardware-level failsafe on the side of the HK6 that cuts power completely at a preset voltage. Set the hardware switch to the lowest position and control the actual cutoff through software for the most precise protection.
