This is a great example of the Stanley Platos Martin Ross signature shift dresses that they created in just about any imaginable combination of fabrics in the 1980s. This version is red plaid silk charmeuse with self-covered buttons that run the entire length in front, but the dress actually closes with a long back zipper. The fold over neckline is integral to the full-length streamers that tie at the back of the neck (see photos). The long sleeves have wide cuffs with both zippers and self-covered buttons. We acquired six fabulous examples of these Platos/Ross shift dresses from a collector, so watch for them over the next few weeks if you too are a fan. No size label is present, so we are estimating this dress to be a size 6-8. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding actual size.

MEASUREMENTS
- Shoulders are 15"
- Chest is 39" after doubling underarm width.
- Dress runs 39" all the way down.
- Length is 37" down center back.

CONDITION
Excellent pre-owned condition with no signficant flaws.
