Peach - Berries - Rosehip 

Winemaker Konrad Pixner farms in the Languedoc, close to Montpeyroux and Arboras. Konrad loves rescuing old parcels of vines, managing to slowly acquire around 25 hectares. From vinifying his first vintage under a tree in a corner of the vineyard, to renting space in Arboras village, he has now built his own winery. Terraces du Larzac is a paradise for organic grape growing and Konrad achieved AOC status in 2014. All of his grapes are hand harvested, wild fermented with no additives, apart from SO2 added at bottling. 

This succulent rose is just so delicious, earning praise from Jancis Robinson too. You'll get fruity aromas of strawberries, raspberries and pomegranate, with fleshy peach and rosehip too. Smooth satin, fresh acidity and a long, elegant finish makes for - as per the Jancis review, "real personality and soul".
