HOW IT WORKS: 

1. Purchase the desired template from our store.

2. Email to [email protected] the following information for us to customize your funeral program:

• First and Last Name (you may also provide the middle initial)
• Birth date and Death Date
• Memorial Service Information including date, location, address and time (Please specify wording if you would like different from sample template)
• Order of service details
• Relative names
• Details about the reception and gathering information, or any additional details related to the post-funeral events that you would like attendees to know.
• Thank you/Acknowledgement message and how you would like to sign off
• Scripture/poem/quote/saying you would like to add to the back page

• Photos: Kindly refer to the template for guidance on the number of photos required and their desired placement. If not specified, we will place the photos where we believe they best fit.

Please Note: There will be no significant changes from the original template made unless discussed prior to listing purchase. If you do have special requests, please email us first. 

3. Your proof will be sent within 72 hours of receiving your photos, texts and any other details from, Monday to Friday (WEEKENDS ARE NOT INCLUDED). You have two more proofs after the first if you require additions or more changes (this does not include any errors on our part). 

4. Once you have approved the proofs, your file will be sent in PDF format to your email ready for printing. You will also receive the memorial announcement card in PDF and JPEG format so you can send it out electronically if desired.

5. You can print both the 4x6 announcement/funeral card and your double-sided, letter size program at home or at your local printer. 

PLEASE NOTE:

1. This listing is for digital files only. NO PHYSICAL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOU.       

2. Make sure your print settings are set to print at actual size or 100% if printing at home.

3. Colours and contrast may vary between different monitors, so the colours of the print may not match your monitor's display exactly.

4. Feel free to print as many times as you would like after your initial purchase. However, all documents have been uniquely created and designed by us and are for personal use only. They cannot be used commercially or be resold/redistributed.

5. Due to the fact that this item is a digital product and therefore impossible to know if it has been printed or not, refunds are not available. We will however do our best to solve any issues and make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
