Beautiful custom wedding map! Part of my bespoke illustration service, my wedding maps are 100% bespoke, and designed for each client with hand painted elements, colours, florals and decorative elements that are unique to their wedding.

Custom wedding maps are perfect for wedding weekends, destination weddings or celebrations with large grounds or where multiple venues may be spread out, such as the church, reception venue and brunch location. Wedding maps can also be handy if there are popular tourist attractions in the area that your guests may want to visit. 

I love taking inspiration from my couples’ wedding locations and like to incorporate cute details such as lobsters and shells for coastal weddings or perhaps palm trees and tropical flowers for destination weddings.

What are Wedding Maps Used for?

Once designed, your custom wedding map can be used in a multitude of ways - as an insert along with your invitations or as a double sided wedding map and itinerary to hand out on the day of your wedding. They can also be printed on signage such as wedding welcome signs or order of events boards (Please note: If you are considering using the map on a sign, you should state this at the start of the project).

THE DESIGN PROCESS

• After receiving your order, I will contact you to confirm personalisation, colours, wording etc.
• I will need an overhead image to show the area - this could be from Google maps.
• I will need a photo of each building / location from the angle that it will be painted.
• Once the illustration and design work is complete, I will send you digital proofs to approve before sending over the final files in PDF / PNG format.
