Storage

The pacifiers should always be stored clean and dry, for example in a closed box or in a pacifier case. Avoid especially placing them in direct sunlight or heat, as this can weaken the natural rubber. Also, do not sterilize the pacifier with anything other than boiled water.

Cleaning

Before the pacifiers are used for the first time, they should be poured over with boiling water and then left to soak for 5 minutes. Do not boil the pacifiers. After that, they should be regularly sterilized by pouring boiling water over them. Since it is a valve pacifier, liquid will penetrate the nipple head. Once the pacifier has cooled down, the water should be pressed out of the nipple part to ensure hygiene.

Why is the nipple clear in material on some pacifiers and matte in material on others? Natural rubber latex is a et natural material with many good properties, such as softness, tensile strength, and great durability against biting. However, latex can also have natural variations in the material, which can be seen in this direct light. Therefore, the appearance of the nipple can vary in clarity and color.
