The V120PU001 ProShop is based on the very popular V120TB, a classic in itself from the highly successful Vintage ReIssued Series of electric guitars.  

The original Tobacco Sunburst finish over the body neck and rear of the headstock, have been re sprayed with a white undercoat, followed by an additional red cellulose top coat. 

It’s then all down to the expertise of the Vintage ProShop design team who have spent many hours carefully removing sections of each coat by hand in various stages, revealing areas of each overspray. 

The results speak for themselves, with authentic lacquer cracking and well worn areas of the body and neck, that mirror a bona fide replica of a guitar that’s had years of punishment on the pro circuit. 

Visually, the V120PU001 ProShop is an extremely authentic looking guitar and, aside these stunning cosmetics, the Vintage ProShop design team have worked hard to ensure supreme playability and exceptional tone.  

Fitted with a Bare Knuckle Old Guard P.90 pickup, the V120PU001 ProShop has all the magical sonic emotions of the original one-pickup guitar. 

With a combination of alnico 2 magnets, cloth wiring and CTS pots, the Bare Knuckle Old Guard P.90 pickup, delivers classic vintage tones with a mid-level output. There’s a slight scoop in the midrange to entice the natural woody tones of the mahogany body, whilst the high-end is crisp with exception head room.  

For complete authenticity, all hardware, including the Graphtech Resomax Sonic 1 Wrapover nickel bridge and Grover V138N machine heads, have received the ProShop team’s expert aged effect. 

It’s these fine details that make the Vintage V120PU001 ProShop, another hand-created one-off, ultra-realistic distressed guitar from the Vintage ProShop Team. 

Like all models in the series, the Vintage V120PU001 ProShop Vintage comes with a Vintage ProShop Set-Up that includes:

• Fret-level, crown and polish.
• Fingerboard dress and comfort treatment.
• Truss rod adjustment and set.
• Action height, radius, intonation and pickup height adjustment.
• Nut slot regulation.

V120 Features
Body:
Mahogany body provides resonance, tone and ‘correct weight’ comfort. The Vintage V120 features a unique, evolutionary body shape, with a graceful descending bass side shoulder and an ingeniously-designed offset heel providing improved access to the upper reaches of the fretboard.
