1) Which is the right size for me?
Ans: Our product comes in Small, Medium, Large, XL & 2XL sizes to suit majority of body sizes and types, Male or Female. This ensure that the product is suited for your body type and gives the best results. The Posture corrector brace is also equipped with straps that are fully adjustable. Simply pull or release the Velcro straps to fit your body snugly for the best effects. Please check the sizing chart above.

2) Can I wear this under my clothes or top?
Ans: Our posture corrector brace is breathable and skin-friendly, however, to ensure comfort we still do NOT recommend wearing it directly without a layer of clothing touching your skin.

3) Can I wear it while sleeping or while gym workouts?
Ans: It is recommended that you do not use the posture corrector brace while sleeping or heavy exercise. It is not suitable to wear during pregnancy.

4) How long should you wear it per day?
Ans: When you start wearing it you can begin with 25-35 mins or whatever is comfortable for you. Gradually, this can be extended up to 1-3 hours per day as needed and that's all it requires to train your muscles and body.

5) Is it washable?
Ans: Yes, it is washable by hand with cold water.

6) Will using this brace weaken or affect my back muscles?
