Einspritzdüsen Abdeckung links Carbon - BMW R 1200 GS (LC) / Adventure / R 1200 R (LC) ab 2015 / R 1200 RS (LC) ab 2015

Die Einspritzdüsen-Abdeckung in Carbon wird an vorhandenen Haltepunkten am Fahrzeug aufgeschraubt. Sie ergänzen das Fahrzeug und sorgen für einen zusätzlichen Schutz des Fahrzeugs vor Beschädigungen. Die Montage der Teile erfolgt über die Verwendung originaler Aufnahmepunkte. Das Carbonteil wurde nach den neuesten Richtlinien im Autoklaven komplett aus Prepreg (siehe FAQ) Material gefertigt und im nächsten Schritt, wie bei uns üblich, zum Schutz gegen Umwelteinflüße mit einer klaren Kunststoffbeschichtung überzogen. Diese Kunststoffbeschichtung übertrifft den sonst üblichen Klarlacküberzug in der Schutzwirkung, Kratzfestigkeit und Beständigkeit enorm. Aber nicht nur technisch kann die Beschichtung punkten, sondern sie unterstreicht auch die dreidimensionale Wirkung der Carbonstruktur nochmals deutlich.

This part is a direct replacement for the original component and contributes mainly to weight saving on the motorcycle (up to 70% less) and a higher stiffness of the parts. Like all of our carbon fibre parts, it was made according to the latest protocols and industry standards and can be considered to encompass all aspects of current 'best of industry' practice. The part is made completely out of pre-preg carbon fibre materials using an autoclave. As with all our carbon parts, we use a clear plastic coating that not only improves the appearance, but also protects the carbon fibre from scratching and has a unique UV resistance.
