The Dingy skirt is made from unique colourful digital print of telephones and speech bubbles on a black base. It has pockets and gathered organza frill on the bottom and is closed with concealed zip from the side. The pockets are finished with a black pleated trim. The skirt is fully lined and is designed and made in London.
