1. Cleaning & Disinfection
In only 16 minutes, the Careclave® enables the cleaning and disinfection of up to 8 dental transmission instruments, prophylaxis handpieces or ultrasonic scaler tips.

2. Lubrication
The Carebox ensures perfect care of your transmission instruments and minimizes wear. And that is not all: The unique ADDcare station also performs the lubrication of the chuck system directly at Careclave after the end of a program.

3. Sterilization (Class B)
The Careclave® incorporates patented DRYtelligence and Double-Jacket technology, delivering all the features you seek in a modern Class B steam sterilizer. It can efficiently sterilize loads of up to 11 kg on 8 trays or 4 MELAstore boxes in record time. Thanks to its well-designed chamber concept, instrument preparation and care in the Carebox, alongside simultaneous sterilization of additional instruments on short trays, are achievable in a single cycle.

4. Documentation & Approval
ProControl offers fast, secure, and paperless digital verification of successful instrument reprocessing, all conveniently displayed on the large touch screen — no need for extra software. For fully compliant and comprehensive documentation, the protocols are stored on the MELAG USB stick or the practice network.
