• Only the base fabric color can be customized. Embellishment, appliqué, patchwork, and embroidery thread colors cannot be changed.
• Pants or skirts in charmeuse remain unlined. Any transparency or see-through effect in lighter customized colors will not be the brand’s responsibility.
• Changing the base fabric may affect the final appearance and fall of the outfit. The brand cannot guarantee the same drape when fabrics are substituted.
• All customizations are charged separately and are confirmed by the team after review.
