This is one of the neater engine building parts that's come out within the last few years:  It's an extended length oil pickup tube that allows you to install a one-piece tube in your case if you're running a deep sump.  It eliminates the hassle of trying to braze (or hose clamp) and extension on to your existing oil pick up.  Another benefit is that you can still run an oil strainer screen inside your sump.  Fits later dual relief cases with 18mm tubes. Cut to length, as needed, to fit your particular sump.
