As a street legal, fully-enclosed Neighborhood Electric Vehicle, the Mark3 is insurable and has a 17-digit VIN, number so you can legally add a license plate. The Mark3 meets and exceeds all DOT safety standards, includes features 3 point seat belts, defogger, dual circuit-power brakes, and the full hazard and headlights that you would expect of a full-sized vehicle.
