Stethoscope Disinfection with the Stet Cube
The stethoscope is one of the most used medical instruments yet is often insufficiently disinfected. The Stet Cube stethoscope disinfecting device solves this problem, offering a simple method of reliably disinfecting the stethoscope chestpiece. For this purpose, the Stet Cube uses UV-C rays that impact all sides of the stethoscope chestpiece. Using ultraviolet rays, pathogenic microorganisms are safely eliminated within a few minutes, even on areas that are otherwise hard to reach with a disinfecting wipe.

The advantage to disinfecting with the Stet Cube lies in the fact that the success of the disinfection is not dependent on the user and his technique. Disinfection with this device is intuitive and simple and does not require any special instructions or training. For a standard disinfection, the Stet Cube only needs 3 minutes; only 5 minutes for a deeper disinfection.

There are anti-slip feet on the base of the Stet Cube so that it can be safely placed on smooth surfaces. Furthermore, delivery includes a wall bracket with which the Stet Cube can be easily mounted on the wall.

Safely Eliminate Dangerous Germs
The Stet Cube deactivates the DNA of most pathogenic microorganisms within only a few minutes. The stethoscope is then quickly ready to be reused and the possibility of an infectious transmission is certainly eliminated. The lack of chemicals spares the stethoscope, assuring a longer lifespan and simultaneously eliminating any risk of chemical-related patient skin irritation.

Depending on whether a basic disinfection or a deep disinfection is needed, the stethoscope remains in the device for either 3 or 5 minutes. The Stet Cube automatically runs through the entire disinfection process and once 3 minutes are up, the blinking blue LED light turns to a solid blue.
