Bodegas Sentencia Sentencia Coupage 2011 75clDeep, rich, perfumed and, with more time, outstanding! Chestnuts come through on the nose, then red fruit and spicy aromas. The palate is powerful, with some black peppercorns and earthy cherry flavours. Giving this bottle another few years (until its tenth or fifteenth birthday) will soften it into a brilliant wine. If you can't wait that long, give it a good few hours in a decanter. Wine will arrive in week starting 19th March 2018
