The Amoretti Brothers 7 Qt Deep Copper Saucepan is hand-hammered from 2mm solid copper, inside and out — a large-format pan built for serious cooking. Stocks, large-batch sauces, braises, and one-pan meals that feed a table — this is the pan that handles it all with the instant thermal response and precise control that only copper delivers.

The double tin lining, applied by hand using the traditional flame method with virgin tin, ensures food keeps its intended flavor profile. The cast bronze handles, riveted with copper, provide secure grip on a pan built to go from stove to oven to table.
