How it works: Olive oil is known for its effects both internally and externally. It is also known to alleviate discomfort and help improve physical function. Herbal-infused oils in a base of Organic First Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Plantain, St. John’s Wort, and Arnica also assist with calming discomfort, helping ease sore muscles and bruises. Essential oils of Frankincense and Clove assist in the relief of inflammation. Copaiba and Yakima Peppermint essential oils respectively warm and cool, as well as fight inflammation. Together these all work to ease discomfort associated with post-workout muscular stress, after a yoga class, anytime aches and discomfort, nerve discomfort, and a host of other issues.

Plantain: Do not confuse this plantain with the green-skinned cousin of bananas. This is a weed or an herb that you can find in temperate climates. This herb relieves discomfort and aids in helping sore muscles.

St. John's Wort: a wonderful oil for massage, especially where there is soreness, stiffness, and muscle or nerve discomfort, such as sciatica. St. John’s Wort Oil promotes and speeds natural relief.

Arnica: Derived from the arnica flower of the sunflower family, arnica oil helps to reduce discomfort when applied topically. Typically it's used for the discomfort and swelling associated with bruises, sprains, pulls, muscle aches, and even helps to boost circulation and speed up the relief process.

Usage: Apply liberally to affected areas. This can be applied topically after a massage, workout, or to just ease sore muscles, joints, and nerve discomfort. This can also be used to alleviate a host of other aches, discomfort, and cramps. Can be applied post-workout, post-shower, or anytime you need it.
